This was a surprising brush. It actually runs through the hair easily, even though it doesn't look like it would.  Pretty, too!
My experience with bugalug was great.
Any emails or questions I had were answered quickly and were very friendly. I would not hesitate to do business with bugalug again.

I thought it would be quite scratchy as the brissels are so hard, but my daughter who hates having her hair brushed and always has knots, absolutely loves it!!!
